Shipping cut-offs for orders are as follows:

• Monday to Friday before 6 PM Eastern: Shipped Same Day
• Monday to Friday after 6 PM Eastern: Shipped Following Day
• Friday after 5 PM Eastern: Shipped Following Monday Morning

All order cut-off times in the list above are Eastern Standard Time, or EST.

Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge for some Friday orders. To see if you can have your Friday order delivered on Saturday (the next day), please call one of our customer service representatives toll free at 1 866 588 4927.

International shipping is available for all orders

Cancelled order information
Customers who cancel their order after shipping will still be liable for shipping costs, as we have to pay UPS for shipping regardless of whether or not the customer decides to ultimately cancel the order.

Shipping Delivery Options

Overnight Delivery Option
Customers who select our overnight delivery option and order Monday through Friday before 6 PM Eastern Standard Time normally receive their orders the next business day. Overnight orders made after 6 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the following business day, so they don't normally arrive for two business days.

Second Day Delivery Option
Customers who select our second day delivery option and order Monday through Friday before 6 PM Eastern Standard Time normally receive their orders after two business days. Second day delivery orders made after 6 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the following day, so they don't normally arrive for three business days.

Ground Delivery Option
Customers who select our ground delivery option and order Monday through Friday before 6 PM Eastern Standard Time normally receive their orders after three or four business days. Ground delivery orders made after 6 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the following day, so they don't normally arrive for four to five business days.

Sunday Delivery Option (not available for any order)
We currently do not offer any Sunday delivery option. Weekend orders will be shipped on the Monday following the weekend each order was made.
